You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free tier.
Free Plan: Available at no cost. Includes 3 generation sessions per month, 5 fixed platforms, and 1 auto-post per month. No credit card required.
Launcher Plan: Available at $9/month (monthly billing) or $149/year (annual billing). Includes unlimited generation sessions, all 18+ platforms, and unlimited auto-posting.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all tax calculation, collection, and remittance on our behalf. By purchasing a Launcher subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Refund policy: We do not offer refunds after a billing period has begun and the Service has been used. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case. Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy billing portal — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will be communicated by email.
You may use CraftLauncher to generate and distribute content about products and services that you own or have rights to promote. You may not use the Service to:

The launch posts generated by CraftLauncher are created by AI (Anthropic's Claude). You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. We make no warranty that generated content is:
You own the content generated for your product brief. You grant us no rights to your product information beyond what is necessary to generate posts on your behalf.
When you connect third-party platform accounts (X/Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, DEV.to) via the Automate feature, you authorize CraftLauncher to post content on your behalf through those platforms' APIs. You remain solely responsible for:
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs that may break auto-posting functionality.
Your content: You retain all rights to the product information you provide in your brief and to the generated posts created from that brief.
Our service: The CraftLauncher platform, including its design, code, prompts, and underlying systems, is the property of Mpingo Systems LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service without express written permission.
Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, Cloudflare infrastructure issues, or third-party API outages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days notice by email.

You may cancel your account at any time via the Lemon Squeezy billing portal or by emailing hello@craftlauncher.dev.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina, USA.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at hello@craftlauncher.dev to attempt resolution in good faith.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
